Taylor Lautner: Scream Awards Stud

58671030Spending the evening taking care of his stage duties, Taylor Lautner turned up for Spike TV’s Scream Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday night (October 17). The “Twilight” hunk looked studly in a black leather jacket, black t-shirt and dark jeans, gracing the Greek Theatre to present a “New Moon” clip and pick up Breakthrough Actor honors.  Meanwhile, Mr Lautner recently chatted with press about his fondness for hanging out with co-star Kristen Stewart during the filming process due to her impressive football skills.He tells, “Surprisingly she has a really good arch — she is very accurate. I always carry a football around with me and I would play catch with the guys and then Kristen said she wanted to play.” Taylor adds, “I threw the ball to her and she became my buddy.”

Taylor Lautner: ‘Kristen Stewart is Good at Football’

kristen-twilight-899-8‘Taylor Lautner loves hanging out with his Twilight costar Kristen Stewart — because she’s so good at playing American football!  The pair — who are currently filming the third Twilight flick Eclipse in Vancouver, Canada, regularly play the game in between scenes. And Taylor admits he was surprised by Kristen’s skill. “Surprisingly she has a really good arch — she is very accurate,” Taylor said. “I always carry a football around with me and I would play catch with the guys and then Kristen said she wanted to play.

“I threw the ball to her and she became my buddy.” Taylor — who plays werewolf Jacob Black in the vampire movie franchise — admits he was worried about taking the lead in Twilight sequel New Moon, which hits theaters next month. “I definitely feel more pressure than before because New Moon develops Jacob and Bella’s relationship, so you want to do that correctly as the fans imagined it,” Lautner said. “They [the fans] are so picky, when they read the books, they imagine it a specific way and that’s exactly how they want to see it.”

Russell Brand, Katy PerryDisplaying their affection for one another, Katy Perry and Russell Brand snuck away for some intimate time at a private party in the Hollywood Hills on Saturday (October 17). The recently united couple kept close to one another, hugging and kissing on an outdoor patio with no concern for the nearby paparazzi snapping up shots.  Earlier in the day, Miss Perry was busy visiting her private trainer’s house for an hour and a half workout before making a house-hunting trip. Visiting a Los Feliz mini-estate, the “Hot N Cold” singer checked out the five bedroom, five bathroom 4,650 square foot house featuring a pool, sports court, several fireplaces as well as a two-story guest house.

Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart To Confirm Relationship?

robert_pattinson_kristen_stewart_to_confirm_relationshipAccording to sources, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are set to confirm their relationship in an upcoming issue of “Harper’s Bazaar”. They have been said to be bumping uglies forever now and in the December issue of “Harper’s Bazaar”, they’re set to go public with the news.  The onscreen couple play lovers Edward Cullen and Bella Swan in the “Twilight” movies, and it’s been said for a long time now that they’ve been hooking up off-camera, as well.

The two were spotted at a Kings Of Leon concert together, holding each other closely and were said to be kissing at the time. Kristen is no longer dating Michael Angarano, so their confirmation wouldn’t come as a surprise at all. But the real question is, how would the Twi-hards take it? Of course, you know they want all of that sparkly vampire goodness to themselves.

Update: On the other hand, there are two sides to every story. We’ve just heard that even though the duo did shoot something for “Harper’s Bazaar”, that they are not confirming anything. Way to keep the Twilight buzz going, guys. According to Examiner, “A source close to production told them Pattinson and Stewart “do NOT” discuss whether or not they’re a couple.” Figures they’d keep us guessing.
