Taking her brand of pop-infused rock to the stage, Selena Gomez was spotted hanging out at the House of Blues in San Diego last night (November 15). The “Wizards of Waverly Place” babe looked to be having a marvelous time as she greeted fans outside the venue on her way out. And of course, Miss Gomez was looking top-notch as she passed the paparazzi, sporting a cute black babydoll dress along with a funky headband. Taking to her Twitter page, Selena conveyed her excitement over the concert, tweeting, “Just got home from my first show, I had such an amazing day…”

Always so sweet Selena Gomez has revealed that she had initial doubts about the Wizards Of Waverly Place The Movie. The American actress, who plays teen wizard Alex Russo in the Disney Channel show, said: “When they said we were doing a movie, I was a little timid because I was afraid to turn our show – it’s something I’ve done for three years now – into a movie. “But once I read the script, I fell in love with it and was excited to start shooting.” Selena, who stars in the series alongside David Henrie and Jake T Austin, added: “When I started shooting with the cast, I felt like I got closer to them, which I didn’t think was possible.” In the TV movie, which aired in August, Alex accidentally casts a spell on her parents during their Caribbean holiday, making it as if her parents are strangers. “As far as the show goes, I think the film widens our characters a little bit more,” she said.

‘Ask any little girl what their number one wish is, and chances are good that they will tell you they want to meet Miley Cyrus. Well, that wish came true Tuesday night for one little five year old. Before taking the stage at the New Orleans Arena to play for a sold out crowd, Miley met with a 5 year old girl who is suffering from a type of bone cancer. The singer spent time talking with the family and also signed some keep sakes for the girl. The State Police Grant-A-Wish program arranged for the meeting and for the girl to attend the concert. I’m pretty sure she’s been doing this at all of her concerts. How sweet of her omg. someone also commented saying “She’s been doing that type of stuff for years she just doesn’t ask for it to be publicized. It’s very sweet of her.”

Meanwhile, Selena’s band “Selena Gomez & The Scene” will release their debut studio album called “Kiss & Tell” on September 29. And according to People magazine, the 17-year-old singer is bringing a bit of heat on her new record. The song “Kiss & Tell” is pop-rock tune about a pal who’s spilling all of her secrets.
