With this Bob Marley Snapchat filter, the future of blackface is now! At least that’s what some people are saying after seeing the Bob Marley filter in honor of 4/20, that celebrated holiday where people who peaked in high school skip work to smoke weed. It’s making a lot of people upset:

But the blackface issue isn’t the only problem. Bob Marley isn’t really associated with 4/20 in any way. Sure, he’s a famous Rastafarian and pot is associated with that religion but people are taking issue with the idea that that’s all there is to it.
