Selena Gomez Had Doubts About WOWP Movie

Selena GomezAlways so sweet Selena Gomez has revealed that she had initial doubts about the Wizards Of Waverly Place The Movie. The American actress, who plays teen wizard Alex Russo in the Disney Channel show, said: “When they said we were doing a movie, I was a little timid because I was afraid to turn our show – it’s something I’ve done for three years now – into a movie. “But once I read the script, I fell in love with it and was excited to start shooting.” Selena, who stars in the series alongside David Henrie and Jake T Austin, added: “When I started shooting with the cast, I felt like I got closer to them, which I didn’t think was possible.” In the TV movie, which aired in August, Alex accidentally casts a spell on her parents during their Caribbean holiday, making it as if her parents are strangers. “As far as the show goes, I think the film widens our characters a little bit more,” she said.

“I can’t believe the girl that started in the first season all the way to this movie – she’s changed completely – but she’s still her little sassy self, that’s for sure. In this one, she realises how important her family is.”source.

 

 

Disney Wedding Rings

Disney-Wedding-RingsDisney struck gold a few years ago, when they began selling wedding and bridal party dresses based on the empire’s signature princesses, Belle, Jasmine, Cinderella, Ariel, and Snow White. Now, Disney is taking the fairy tale a step farther with the introduction of a new line of wedding bands and engagement rings, retailing between $1,200 and $6,000. Luxist.com writes: The line consists of six engagement rings with matching wedding bands that correspond to six Disney heroines, Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Princess Jasmine from Aladdin, Ariel from The Little Mermaid and Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

 

Disney Lays New Ground Rules for Stars on Twitter

Miley Cyrus Rocks Out Honda Center in Anaheim, CAI’ve been waiting for this bit of news. It sounds like Disney has had just about enough of twitter and it seems to be causing a problem for the company. Stars such as Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Mitchel Musso and of course…Miley Cyrus all have (or had) twitter accounts. We all know why Miley left hers behind and in an effort to gain some control back, Disney has laid some ground rules for the stars who twitter.

Disney’s new rule forbids confidentiality breaches via “interactive media such as Facebook, Twitter or any other interactive social network or personal blog”. An entertainment lawyer tells the Hollywood Reporter, “This is just the beginning. Hollywood has a long history of controlling what talent says in the media. This is just a new area of media that hasn’t been controlled yet.”

Well, those rules don’t sound bad. You would think the stars would know not to breach any confidentiality anyway, but unfortunately it’s been happening all over the place with stars on Twitter. But, like the lawyer told the Hollywood Reporter…this is just the beginning! Nick Jonas ‘Definitely the Brains’ Behind Jonas Brothers, Chelsea Staub Claims

58080897Cutie Chelsea Staub has sung praise to her “J.O.N.A.S!” co-star Nick Jonas. Speaking to Girls2Watch, the depicter of Stella Malone on the TV series has called the 17-year-old singer “definitely the brains” behind his famous musical trio, Jonas Brothers.  “He’s the little brother, but he’s in charge of it all and he writes pretty much all of the music,” Chelsea reveals. “He definitely has ‘it’, whatever ‘it’ is, Nick’s got it. He plays drums and keyboard and guitar and writes and does all of it well. So he’s definitely the musical one in that family.” Beside talking about Nick, Chelsea also comments on his older brother, . “He’s just the entertainer. He’s a goofball on and off set. He’s constantly pulling pranks and getting us into trouble and he’s great when he’s on stage. He really sells it,” the 21-year-old beauty says.  Chelsea, moreover, shares her opinion about a proper job for the oldest Jonas, Kevin Jonas, stating “He should be a salesman.” She goes on detailing, “He’s really easy to talk to, always dresses to the nines, and is definitely the manager of the band. He keeps everybody in check.”
