The recently-released Mitt Romney 2012 iOS app came with this nice little, how do you say, poetic license with the English language. Obviously, the app has now been frantically patched and fixed, but for a brief moment I believe we all stood as one in the Unit Stetes of Amercia
President Obama is on Tumblr
Since social media worked so well to his advantage in the 2008 election, it’s no surprise that President Obama (re: his re-election campaign staff) is doing what all the kids are doing these days: starting a Tumblr . Unfortunately for the Republicans, they seem to have missed the technological boat. (Shocking, I know.) It looks like eponymous Tumblrs for Michele Bachmann , Mitt Romney , and the already Google-challenged senator Rick Santorum have all been snatched up by Obama supporters months ago.
Surely.

Much Ado About Teleprompters
A truck containing presidential communications equipment, including President Obama’s teleprompter, was stolen from Richmond, Virginia today. The truck contained no classified information, and all $200,000 dollars worth of property were later recovered. Fox News and The Daily Mail reported on the event, employing slang used in the conservative blogosphere such as TOTUS (Teleprompter of the United States), with a “subtle” dig implying that the president is rarely seem without a teleprompter.
