19-year-old superstar Taylor Swift stepped out on the rainy streets of London this afternoon (November 21st) to do some shopping with friends. Taylor hit up some stores, and left with two big bags of new purchases. After her retail therapy, Taylor then went to Julie’s Restaurant to grab dinner, then headed back to her hotel, where she was greeted by a group of fans. source.
