Looking grown up and gorgeous, Selena Gomez stopped by the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party in Los Angeles last night (September 25). Donning a high-waisted black skirt, gray top and black blazer, the “Wizards of Waverly Place” gal happily posed for pictures all the while socializing with fellow stars.  Meanwhile, Selena’s band “Selena Gomez & The Scene” will release their debut studio album called “Kiss & Tell” on September 29. And according to People magazine, the 17-year-old singer is bringing a bit of heat on her new record. The song “Kiss & Tell” is pop-rock tune about a pal who’s spilling all of her secrets.
