Kim’s lawsuit against the singer for taking an offensive photo that “mocks Asians”, was thrown out earlier today by a judge – Lucie claims she’s considering filing an appeal to the judge’s ruling. She’s just being Miley!!
How awful! Local media in Virginia is reporting that Miley Cyrus’ tour bus was in an accident on the I-85 interstate.The entire bus overturned! One fatality has been reported as well as several injuries, however, we’re told that Miley was not on the bus at the time. So sad!
