“Doctor Who” now streaming on Facebook!
While renting movies is nothing new, the beloved BBC series has become the first television program to be available for rent through Facebook. Fans in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand can head to the show’s page where, for 15 Facebook Credits (about $1.50), they can spend this weekend choosing from nine digitally remastered Doctor Who “stories” from nine of the eleven different docs. Each story contains multiple episodes, and rentals are good for 48 hours.
