Ashley Tisdale: I’m Obsessed With Handbags

006 (2)‘Ashley Tisdale stopped off to chat with PopEater.com about her holiday traditions, what she really wants for Christmas and what’s coming from her next. Check out what the 24-year-old actress had to say: On what she’s thankful for: “I’m thankful for everything. For my family being happy and healthy, the success of everything. I’m thankful for a lot of things every year.” On what’s on her Christmas List: “I love handbags, so I’m hoping for a new handbag (laughs). I wasn’t able to have designer things until I was 19, so I got my first Louis Vuitton at 19 from my parents. I usually get those kind of bags from my parents. It’s not like I can just go shopping and buy all the designer bags I want because I don’t think I’m at a place where I can do that. I think it’s more special when you get it as a gift.” On what’s next for her: “I’ll be doing some movies but I can’t really talk about them. But it will come out there.”

 

Stars Don’t Support Swift’s Wins

091112-16Last night, Taylor Swift owned the CMA Awards, after performing Forever & Always, and Fifteen Tay also picked up every award she was nominated for – making CMA history! It looks as though not all of the stars were too pleased with Taylor being rewarded for her chart topping hits. Wynonna Judd recently stated this comment: “You want my honest comment? It’s too much too soon,” said the singer, who accompanied mom Naomi. “Time is God’s way of keeping everything from happening at once. It’s just too much of a good thing too soon. My thing is, being a home-school mom, I want kids to earn it, and I think some time … ‘cause mom and I rode in a car for the first year of our career to visit radio stations. There was a making of the star, there was a rising up, and the fans went with us. Now it’s over coffee breaks, the success, almost. You have to play catch up … It’s like the girl who wins an Oscar and she’s under 20. What do you do from here?” At the end of the ceremonies last night, Carrie Underwood also interrupted co-host Brad Paisley’s praise of Taylor to promptly end the show. Was that jealousy? Who knows! Congrats again to Taylor for her amazing accomplishments!
