Demi’s Party Pictures (MORE)
”Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that’s why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild. Demi Lovato’s been living in the fast lane lately. She released an album in July and successfully collaborated with the Jonas Brothers on a hilarious music video. She also worked with the three bros again on the sequel to the Disney hit movie, “Camp Rock 2″! She’s a surefire hit and a surefire hit deserves a great party, right? Of course! Demi was spotted at her huge graduation/birthday/coming out bash over the weekend at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

Selena’s New Single
‘Wizards of Waverly Place starlet Selena Gomez hosted a live chat Thursday Night (October 29th) to chat with her fans about Unicef, and more! Selena even announced that her second single off of her debut album Kiss & Tell will be Naturally! So excited! Naturally is one of my favs! Great song. Over the weekend, Sel and co-star David Henrie hit up Knotts Scary Farm for a little pre-Halloween fun.
Noah’s Questionable Costumes
Over the weekend, Miley Cyrus‘ mini-me (her sister) Noah Cyrus attended two Halloween events in Los Angeles, sporting a gothic costume, and a Mini Mouse costume. The internet has been going crazy sinse, calling Noah’s costumes too racy for a 9-year-old girl. Check out what E!’s fashion police had to say about Noah’s looks. Miley’s little sister dressed up—as a vampire? A witch? Her older sister?—for the 2009 Dream Halloween event held over the weekend, and once again we’re forced to question Billy Ray and Tish’s judgment. Or if they’re even around…‘This wasn’t just a one-time occurrence either. Their tweener daughter hit up another Halloween event the next day dressed up as what we think is Minnie Mouse. Selena Gomez: Weekend Family Fun
Enjoying quality family time over the weekend, Selena Gomez joined her mother and step-father, Brian, for an early dinner at an Indian restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 17). After filling up on the tasty ethnic cuisine, the Disney darling and her folks then ventured off to the local Target store for a fun-filled shopping spree. Meanwhile, Selena recently announced that she’s launching a fashion brand called Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez.Calling the opportunity “a dream,” the line will focus on “feminine and bohemian” clothing which is due out next year.
