Catching up on one another’s doings, Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale were spotted leaving Patty’s restaurant after having lunch together in Burbank on Monday (November 2). Of the outing, Ashley happily tweeted, “Eating lunch with my zachary!!! Wishin nessa was here! Its been too long.” The outing comes just one day after Zac arrived back in the States after a lengthy stay up in Vancouver, Canada.The “Me and Orson Welles” stud happened to be busy working on a new project called “The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud”.
