In ‘Inglorious Bastards' Landa asks for Shosanna to wait for the Cream to test if she is Jewish. As pastries were made with animal lard (fat) in WW2, the strudel would have been made with (most likely pork) fat. Jews can't drink milk (or cream) and eat meat as it is not kosher.
