The “television star” and “acclaimed novelist” adds another notch to her celebrity publicity bedpost by appearing on the cover of Rolling Stone and Imma just say it: I’m mad! As those of you who followed us here from Don’t Judge My Hair might remember, I’m a big fan of the people in the lower right-hand corner of the photo. You can usually rely on them for a facial expression that tidily sums up the WTFness of any given situation.

In this case, it’s an ugly tiki end table rather than a human being, but it still managed to nail the look of horrified confusion that the rest of us are feeling.

Cutie Selena Gomez wants you to know that she never said she doesn’t like Twilight. The Disney darling has been getting a lot of flack from Twi-hards because they’re feeling like she dissed the world’s most talked-about vampire franchise when she told Bonnie Hunt last week that she hasn’t actually seen Twilight. “All I said was that I didn’t watch it and I felt bad for not watching it,” Selena explained to me at yesterday’s American Music Awards. “But of course, now it’s like, ‘I don’t like it.’ That’s not the case.”And Selena is brave enough to admit that—gasp!—she hasn’t read any of Stephenie Meyer’s Twi-novels, either. “I feel bad,” she said. “And I’m sorry if I offended anyone for that.”

I think he’s really hot.” n“I’m totally mad over shows like True Blood,” Leona added. “I’d die if someone asked me to be in something like that. It’d be a dream come true.”Leona recently insisted that despite her cool and calm exterior, she’s a force to be reckoned with. “I think when people see that you are shy, or even just calm, collected and reserved, they think you can be pushed around, made to do everything they want — but that’s definitely not true of me,” she told British newspaper The Observer. “The people closest to me know that’s not the case. “They know I’m not a pushover.”
