More Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas news

dem (3)Zack Taylor, who had been accused of fabricating stories about Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas dating, is now hitting the circuits to defend his credibility. On November 5, after weeks of rumors about a possible romance between Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas, Demi Lovato vehemently denied the rumors. She also used Twitter to chastise gossipers, saying “It’s ufortunate that some people out there are so desperate for attention that they have to make up gossip to keep their site alive. But that’s how this whole city works I guess. It just makes me sad that people are that mean in this world.”Yet Zack Taylor claims to have confirmation from Demi Lovato’s mother, Dianna DeLaGarza, that her daughter and Joe Jonas were in fact dating, even posting screen caps of text messages from Dianna DeLaGarza as proof.  As Zack Taylor explains in a Kiss 92.5 interview, he had not intended to reveal his source, but that he was forced to when Demi Lovato and her mother threatened to deny the story (thereby undermining his credibility). In essence, he has accused Demi Lovato and her mother of lying to fans and destroying his reputation over the Joe Jonas story.

He also provides screen caps of numerous Twitter DMs from Demi Lovato who allegedly writes, “It made me so sad when she [Dianna] said ’so this is what I get for being nice to people.’ Please don’t do this to her. She doesn’t deserve it at all!”

You can visit Zack Taylor’s blog for more complete details.

Whether Demi Lovato or Joe Jonas are dating or not, it’s their choice. I’m not taking sides. I’m just giving readers a chance to see both sides of the story.

Looking at the screen caps and reading his testimony, does Zack Taylor make a compelling case? Or do you believe Demi Lovato when she promises that she would never lie to her fans?

Disneyland Ghost: Do You Believe in Ghosts?

A co-worker of disneysociety, who blogs over at a very cool site Screamstress, just sent her this video clip. Do you believe in ghosts? Check out this video clip of a ghost walking around the grounds of Disneyland. It was caught by several security cameras.

Spooky huh? Some believe it’s the ghost of Walt Disney. Did you notice how it seemed to just walk right through gates and across the water? What do you think…camera trick or for real?

‘Twilight’ Parody Titled ‘Nightlight’

nightlight-twilight-parody-by-harvard-lampoonTwilight, Twilight, Twilight. Will we ever get enough of the popular vampire series? Of course not! The Harvard Lampoon staff announced today that on Nov. 3, it will release “Nightlight,” its first parody novel in 40 years. Now Twi-hards, before you grab your torches and pitchforks, take a moment to hear what its all about! According to the Vintage release, Nightlight stakes at the heart of what makes Twilight tick…or, really, cuts to the core of it…. Brooding and hilarious, let Nightlight be your guide through the Twilight fandom that has eclipsed the mind of every teenager you have ever met. It follows a “pale and klutzy” girl named Belle Goose, who moves to Switchblade, Oregon, and meets Edwart Mullen, a “super-hot computer nerd with zero interest in girls.” The vampire-obsessed Belle becomes convinced Edwart is one of the undead after witnessing events she considers otherworldly (”Edwart leaves his Tater Tots™ untouched at lunch! Edwart saves her from a flying snowball!”).

Yeah, I’m pretty sure that if “Nightlight” is ever adapted for a film, it will not star Robert Pattinson or Kristen Stewart. The last parody published by the Lampoon was the “The Lord of the Rings” spoof “Bored of the Rings” in 1969. That means the Harvard gang is putting “Twilight” writer Stephenie Meyer in the company of J.R.R. Tolkien. That’s quite a compliment if you ask me. However, I’ve seen quite a few other “Twilight” parody novels out there, and the humor in them seems about the same as this one. I think I’ll skip this one… Do YOU think you’ll read it?

Confirmed: Miley Cyrus Is Dating Liam Hemsworth

miley_cyrus_is_dating_liam_hemsworthIt’s been a subject of speculation for a little while now, but we haven’t had any sort of confirmation that Miley Cyrus is actually dating her “Last Song” co-star, Liam Hemsworth. That is, until we uncovered her secret Twitter account.  Even though she’s already deleted her more famous Twitter account @mileycyrus, she’s still tweeting under her “under the radar” account @mismile.

It seems that a lot of the tween stars have several accounts. One for public consumption, and others to secretly tweet back and forth. Hey kiddos, if you want to have private conversations, it’s called “Instant Messenger”. Technology…who knew?!? I’m going to go as far as to say that they wanted to be found out. Just like little Noah Cyrus and her dog Loco’s Twitter account. Or Frankie Jonas and his alter-ego Bonus Jonas.

Miley tweeted this little gem 17 hours ago: I am so done with dumb gossip sites. Honestly, just whatever. I have a boyfriend, no one NEEDS to know every little detail about him or us.
