David Moore, a Montana state senator, introduced a bill to broaden the state’s indecent exposure law to include “any n^pple exposure, including men’s, and any garment that ‘gives the appearance or simulates’ a person’s buttocks, genitals, pelvic area or female n^pple.” Moore admitted that “tight-fitting beige clothing” could fall into this category, and added that “yoga pants should be illegal in public anyway.” Really, Senator Moore? You can pry them off my cold, dead, butt, then get charged as an accessory to indecent exposure.
